As if one wasn’t enough, the atua blessed us with two talented ringatoi. Maioha and Māhina Tupe bring a fresh and exciting touch to the art of moko. They do it all, from mau rākau to kapa haka, The Tupe Twins bring an unwavering discipline within all avenues they explore. Both Maioha and Māhina are shining examples of what it can look like when you flaunt your Māoritanga proudly.
Having been guided by their mentor Hirini Katene, one can only dare to dream of reaching the taumata these two incredible artists continue to push themselves towards each and every day.
